Transport coefficients in Semi-QGP
We consider QCD near but above Tc. The pressure, susceptibilities and renormalized Polyakov loop, which is
the order parameter of the confined deconfined phase transition, dramatically change
up to a couple of Tc. We refer to this region as "semi"-QGP, where the effect
of partial confinement is important.
We show that the shear viscosity is suppressed by the power of the Polyakov loop. This
suggests that eta/T3 decreases markedly as QCD cools down to temperatures near Tc.
